GoLeads is the controller of the personal data collected through this site. For any question about your data: hola@goleads.lat.
Data we collect
Through contact forms: name, email, phone, company and message. Through navigation: anonymous usage data via Google Analytics 4 (page views, traffic source, device).
Purpose
Form data is used solely to answer your inquiry and, with your consent, to send you commercial information. Navigation data is used in aggregate to improve the site.
Third-party services
The site uses Google Analytics 4 (audience measurement), FormSubmit (form delivery) and Vercel (hosting). These providers may process data outside your country of residence with the applicable legal safeguards.
Retention
Contact data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and at most 3 years after the last contact. Analytics data follows Google Analytics standard retention periods.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection by writing to hola@goleads.lat. Depending on your residence, you are protected by the GDPR (European Union) or by Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act 25.326 (supervisory authority: AAIP).
Cookies
